The prices vary based on size.    If you have any questions just ask. 
Missouri residents will add 7.4% tax.

    * Note:  Credit Card payments are processed through paypal, however, 
YOU DO NOT NEED TO SETUP A PayPal ACCOUNT  to pay by credit card.
